MARKET FRESH OYSTERS

Oysters have a long tradition in Irish gastronomy. Once a working man's food, Irish West Coast Oysters are now recognised as being among the best in the world. Try them with a pint of O'Hara's stout.

SIERRA NEVADA

From our favourite BIO brewerk in Austria, Braumeister Reini used the knowledge he gathered during his training in Ireland to put together this malty Austrian take on an American Amber Ale.
