How do I get to Charlie P’s?
Währinger Straße 3, 1090 Vienna.
U-Bahn: U2 Schottentor
Straßenbahn: 37, 38, 40, 41 or 42 to Schwarzspanierstraße.
What is the age policy at Charlie P's?
Charlie P's has an over 18's policy.
But during the day/early evening, guests under 18 are welcome until 21:00 when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Are dogs welcome at Charlie P’s?
Yes, dogs are welcome! Please keep your dog under control and make sure they don't disturb other guests.
Is Charlie P’s wheelchair accessible?
Our ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilets are available at Hotel Regina next door. Please ask a member of our team for assistance.
Can I charge my phone at Charlie P’s?
Yes, we have a battery rental station at the bar upstairs.
Can I purchase cigarettes, pouches or vaping products at Charlie P’s?
Yes, cigarettes, pouches and vaping products are available from a vending machine at Charlie P’s.
What should I do if I've lost something at Charlie P’s?
Please email info@charlieps.at and let us know what you've lost, when you visited and where you think you may have left it.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Only food and drinks purchased at Charlie P’s are permitted.
Does Charlie P's charge for tap water ?
No, tap water at Charlie P's is always available free of charge.
When are the last drinks order?
Last drinks orders are taken 10 minutes before closing time.
Can I take drinks outside?
Please note that drinks are not permitted outside Charlie P’s after 22:00

How can I pay at Charlie P’s?
We accept cash, card and contactless payments. At very busy times, cash is preferred as it is the quickest transaction.

There's an ATM nearby at Schwarzspanierstraße 5, just a short walk from Charlie P’s.

Is smoking allowed inside Charlie P’s?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside the pub.
Is vaping allowed inside Charlie P’s?
No. Vaping is also not permitted inside the pub.
Respecting Our Neighbours
What guidelines must guests follow when outside Charlie P’s?
Charlie P’s is part of a residential neighbourhood, so please respect our neighbours when you're outside the pub.
- Keep the noise down at all times
- Keep the path clear
- Use the ashtrays provided
- Do not take drinks outside after 22:00
- Stay off the road

Our Fair Zone is a reminder to everyone gathering outside Charlie P’s to be considerate of our neighbours and keep the area welcoming for everyone. Please follow the guidelines shown below:

What are Charlie P’s house rules?
We want Charlie P’s to be a safe, welcoming and respectful place for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to guests who are:
- aggressive, abusive or threatening
- seriously disruptive
- heavily intoxicated
- refusing reasonable safety instructions
- bringing prohibited items into the pub
- attempting to enter when the pub has reached capacity
Entry may also be restricted when the pub has reached its permitted capacity.
What should I do if someone makes me feel uncomfortable?
If someone is bothering you or making you feel unsafe, please speak to a member of our team. We're here to help.
You can also ask for an Angel Shot if you need assistance discreetly.
What is an Angel Shot?
An Angel Shot is a discreet way to ask for help without explaining the situation in front of other guests. Simply ask a member of our team for an Angel Shot, and they will assist you.
