Charlie P’s is hitting the road this summer.
We’re delighted to be part of Ottakringer Bierfest 2026, bringing our signature pub food & drinks and Charlie P’s irish pub vibes to Vienna’s favourite summer beer festival.
From 2 July to 4 September 2026, Ottakringer Brauerei in Vienna’s 16th district becomes a summer meeting place for beer, food, friends, music and long evenings outdoors.
Charlie P’s food and drinks stand will be serving our pub food classics, signature drinks and a selection of Ottakringer beers.
What Is Ottakringer Bierfest all about?
Ottakringer Bierfest 2026 is a nine-week summer beer festival held at Ottakringer Brauerei in Vienna’s 16th district.
The festival runs from Tuesday to Saturday, from 16:00 to 23:00. Entry is free, and visitors can choose from more than 20 freshly tapped beers, ranging from Ottakringer classics to creative craft beer styles.
There will be three food stands at the festival. Charlie P’s will be serving pub favourites including Fish ‘n’ Chips, handcrafted burgers, loaded fries, vegan and vegetarian options, alongside signature drinks, Blacks cocktails and a selection of Ottakringer beers.
There is something different happening throughout the week. Tuesdays bring beer yoga, Wednesdays feature Bierkistlsingen, Thursdays are for table tennis tournaments, Fridays bring live music and Saturdays finish the week with a pub quiz.
Brewery tours and pop-up events will also take place throughout the summer.
Charlie P’s at the Festival
Charlie P’s will be serving pub favourites, along with a few festival-ready dishes for long summer evenings at Ottakringer Bierfest 2026.
The menu includes Charlie P’s Fish ‘n’ Chips, The Irish All Star Burger & Fries, The Mega Cheeseburger & Fries, Slow ‘n’ Smoky Pulled Beef, Loaded Beef Fries, The Bob Marley 3.0, Bang Bang Broccoli, Skin-on Fries, Coleslaw, and a selection of sauces and dips.
Our Classic Charlie P’s Fish ‘n’ Chips
Of course, Charlie P’s Fish ‘n’ Chips are coming with us.
We’ll be serving beer-battered North Atlantic cod with tartar sauce, mushy peas, malt vinegar and skin-on fries. It’s one of our pub classics and exactly the kind of food that works at a summer beer festival.
Handcrafted Burgers at Ottakringer Bierfest 2026
We’ll be serving The Irish All Star Burger & Fries and The Mega Cheeseburger & Fries, both made with a 160g 100% Irish beef patty and served with skin-on fries.
The Irish All Star Burger & Fries comes in a brioche bun with smoked Irish cheddar, F.X. Buckley streaky Irish bacon, baby gem lettuce and Ballymaloe relish.
The Mega Cheeseburger & Fries comes in a brioche bun with Salzburger cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickle, red onion and Charlie’s cocktail sauce.
Two burgers, both made for arriving hungry.
Slow ‘n’ Smoky Pulled Beef
Slow ‘n’ Smoky Pulled Beef will also be on the festival menu.
It comes with Irish pulled beef, toasted house bread, Irish cheddar, pickled onions, barbecue sauce and coleslaw.
Rich, smoky and exactly the kind of food that works beside a freshly poured Ottakringer beer.
Vegan and Vegetarian Favourites
The festival menu will also include meat-free favourites such as The Bob Marley 3.0, Bang Bang Broccoli and Skin-on Fries.
The Bob Marley 3.0 comes in a vegan bun with a 160g sweet potato, courgette and carrot patty, iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickle, red onion and vegan sun-dried tomato mayo. It is served with skin-on fries.
Bang Bang Broccoli features broccoli florets coated in crisp breading and served with vegan chilli mayo.
Crunchy, spicy and full of flavour.
Loaded Beef Fries
A beer festival needs loaded fries.
Loaded Beef Fries come with rustic fries, Irish pulled beef, jalapeño mayo and spring onion.
Rich, filling and ideal when a side of fries is simply not enough.
Signature Drinks and Ottakringer Beer
Alongside a selection of Ottakringer beers, we’ll be serving a festival drinks list featuring a few Charlie P’s favourites.
The Dublin Mule combines Blacks Irish Whiskey, ginger beer and lime juice.
The Blacks “Citrus Smash” Irish Gin & Tonic pairs Blacks Irish Gin with tonic, while the Blacks “Triple Threat” Irish Whiskey & Pepsi Cola keeps things simple with Blacks Irish Whiskey and Pepsi Cola.
There will also be Ringrone Irish Whiskey & Ginger Ale and bottles of Magners Irish Cider.
